Summary
Private PDF Signer does not automatically collect, sell, track, or transmit your documents or personal data. Document processing happens on your device. The app has no document server, ads, tracking, or analytics SDKs.
Documents and signatures
PDFs, signatures, text, and dates are processed on your device. A PDF leaves the app only when you choose a destination in the iOS share sheet. The original PDF is not retained after the document or app session ends.
The app creates temporary copies to prepare files for export and sharing. In the normal sharing workflow, these copies are deleted after the share sheet closes. This describes normal operation and does not guarantee immediate cleanup if the app crashes or closes unexpectedly.
Saved signatures and text remain in the app's local storage until you delete them in the app or remove the app. You can draw a signature or import an image using Files or Apple's Photos Picker.
Permissions
Camera access is requested only when you scan a document, and the scan is processed locally. Apple's Photos Picker lets you choose an image without granting broad photo-library access. The app does not request access to your microphone, contacts, location, tracking, or full photo library.
When you choose to export document pages as images and save them to Photos, we request add-only permission. This permission does not give the app access to read your full photo library. If you have enabled iCloud Photos, the images you save may sync to iCloud according to your device settings.
Optional features
Smart Match processes PDF text locally on your device. Font downloads are optional and require your consent. If you consent, the app can download open-licensed fonts from a fixed catalog hosted in the Google Fonts repository at raw.githubusercontent.com/google/fonts. Downloaded fonts are cached locally on your device for reuse.
The font download does not send your PDF, its text or the document filename. GitHub receives your connection’s IP address and the request for the font file. GitHub handles this information under its privacy statement.

When you use Contact Support, the app prepares a draft message containing your message, reply email address, request category, app version, device type and iOS version, plus an optional screenshot if you attach one. These details are sent only after you confirm sending in Mail or your chosen sharing app. Support requests are sent to qutubsi@gmail.com. We use the information you send to respond to your request.
We retain support messages and attachments for 90 days after the support request is closed, then delete the messages and attachments. You can request their deletion by emailing qutubsi@gmail.com.
Subscriptions and purchases
Pro is offered as monthly and yearly auto-renewing subscriptions or a one-time lifetime purchase. Apple shows the current price, currency, billing period, and any eligible introductory offer before you confirm. A seven-day trial may be available to eligible new yearly subscribers in Saudi Arabia; it is not offered for monthly or lifetime purchases. After an eligible trial, the yearly subscription starts at the displayed price unless canceled before the trial ends.
Subscriptions renew unless canceled before the next renewal. Deleting the app does not cancel one. Access normally continues until the paid period ends unless Apple revokes the entitlement. Lifetime does not renew. Apple handles billing, cancellation, and refunds; we do not receive payment-card details. The app checks verified StoreKit entitlements to unlock Pro and restore eligible purchases with the same Apple Account.
Manage subscriptions · Request a refund · Apple's Standard Terms of Use. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
This website loads display fonts from Google Fonts; visiting it may send ordinary network information, such as your IP address, to Google. No document content is sent by the website.
